This Return & Refund Policy explains Muricin’s procedures for returns, refunds, and order issues. Due to the nature of healthcare products, returns are limited. This policy does not replace local legal requirements.
1. General Rule
For safety and regulatory reasons, most pharmaceutical and healthcare products are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped. Exceptions are made only for items that are incorrect, damaged, defective, or non-compliant with your order.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, expired, or does not match your order, contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
We will investigate and, if the claim is approved, offer one of the following at our discretion:
- Replacement shipment (subject to availability)
- Return authorization followed by a refund
- Partial refund where appropriate
3. How to Request a Return or Refund
- Contact Customer Support via our Contact Page within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide order number, photos, and description.
- If a return is authorized, you will receive a Return Authorization (RMA) and instructions. Do not return items without authorization.
- Ship the item as instructed. Returns must be in original, unopened packaging unless otherwise approved.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following are typically non-returnable unless clearly damaged/defective on arrival:
- Opened or used medications
- Items missing original tamper-evident seals
- Prescription-only products where local law prohibits return
- Any item marked as non-returnable on the product page
5. Refused or Unclaimed Shipments
If you refuse delivery or a shipment is returned to sender due to being unclaimed, customer is responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Any customs, duties, or administrative fees incurred
Refunds for refused/unclaimed parcels will be processed after deduction of shipping and any incurred fees.
6. Customs, Duties & Import Restrictions
International orders may be subject to customs inspections, duties, or taxes. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility. Refunds do not cover customs duties or taxes paid to local authorities unless the item is returned to us and a refund is approved. See our Shipping Policy for more details.
7. Refund Processing Time
Once a return is received and approved, Muricin will process refunds within 14 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
8. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge only if cancellation is requested before the order has been shipped. To request cancellation, contact us immediately via the Contact Page.
9. Disputes & Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting Muricin, we may contest the chargeback and provide evidence of shipment and compliance. Repeated or abusive chargebacks may result in account restrictions.
